Gulf Seafood LLC has a modern seafood processing unit in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The HACCP Quality Control System has been the backbone of our production and marketing culture. Our facility is BRC, FSSC 22000, HACCP and HALAL approved and we are also registered with the US FDA and EU for export of seafood.
Our plant is fully air conditioned with provision to maintain process hall temperatures at 15° to 20° C. Our Refrigeration plant ensures that our Cold Stores are kept at -18°C ensuring proper storage of all products. Our in-house Cold Store has a storage capacity of 700 tons of frozen product.
Our in-house laboratory has qualified personnel and equipment to test raw material and finished products ensuring that the products that enter and leave our facility are free from any bacterial contamination and are of the best quality that our customers have come to expect of us.
We are also the regions only facility with Freeze Drying Technology, for manufacture of Freeze-Dried Shrimp which we supply to leading Cup-a-Noodle manufacturers globally.
Last but not the least, we have fleet of temperature controlled delivery vehicles that ensure that the cold chain is maintained and products are held at -18°C until they are delivered to our customers across the country and to your home!
