Microwave : DO NOT THAW BEFORE COOKING.
Puncture a small hole in the bag, and place in microwave for approximately 5 minutes, or until bag has filled with steam.
Allow to cool for 30 seconds and then carefully cut open the bag, empty contents into pot, cover and steam for approximately 5 minutes
